How we verify you
We'll email a one-time code to the address on the account. If we cannot verify ownership, we'll request additional information before processing. This protects your data from impersonation attempts.
Timeline
We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and complete it within 30 days. Complex requests may extend by up to 60 additional days; we will notify you with the reason.
