Filing a DMCA notice
Your notice must include all of the following, or it cannot be processed:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorized agent)
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs on Sportfolio)
- Your contact info (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Send to the same address with: your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed in error, and your consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with repeated, valid DMCA strikes are terminated.
